The Employee Development and Engagement Coordinator partners with the Senior Director of Human Resources to advance organization-wide strategies for employee growth, leadership development, engagement, recognition, and retention. This role transforms employee feedback and organizational priorities into high-quality experiences that strengthen leadership capability and the overall employee experience. The position involves building strong relationships with leaders and employees, leading initiatives from concept through evaluation, and fostering a supportive and connected workplace culture.
