Employee Development Trainer

Responsible for shaping and advancing the organization's leadership development initiatives across Beacon Specialized Living Services. The role collaborates with the Vice President of Workforce and Development and business leaders to ensure learning efforts support strategic objectives, culture, and talent growth. It also supports onboarding and integration of new leaders and fosters ongoing leadership capability across the organization.
