Employee Experience Coordinator

The Employee Experience Coordinator supports and executes programs that create an engaging, inclusive, and connected employee experience across the organization. This role partners with the Sr. Director of Employee Experience to coordinate company-wide culture initiatives, employee recognition programs, onboarding and offboarding experiences, wellness programming, volunteer opportunities, and employee events. The position involves managing logistics for new hire orientations, planning company celebrations, and administering employee milestone programs.
