Employee Experience Specialist

The Employee Experience Specialist creates a welcoming and organized onboarding experience for new hires at Elmcrest Children’s Center, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding lifecycle. This role collaborates with HR, recruitment, and program leadership to ensure new employees are prepared, informed, and integrated into their assigned departments. The position focuses on strengthening the overall employee experience by ensuring onboarding processes are timely, compliant, and aligned with the organization's mission and values.
