Employee Experience Specialist

The Employee Experience Specialist supports Rain for Rent’s training, development, and talent programs across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through exit. The role focuses on enhancing key milestones like onboarding, training, engagement, and transitions while identifying areas for improvement and implementing practical solutions. This position involves coordinating schedules, managing HR communications, and providing administrative support to ensure programs run effectively.
