Employee Housing Coordinator

Isla Bella Beach Resort is seeking a proactive and highly organized Employee Housing Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of its employee housing program while providing administrative support to the People + Culture department. This role involves managing housing assignments, move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and unit readiness, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for resident services and housing administration. The ideal candidate will balance property management duties with office administration, ensuring efficient housing operations and a well-organized workplace.
