Employee Housing Coordinator

The Employee Housing Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations of the resort's employee housing program, managing occupancy planning, move-ins, move-outs, and unit readiness across multiple locations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for residents, handling communication, conflict resolution, and housing documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the position provides administrative support to the People + Culture department, assisting with HR functions, onboarding, and office management.
