Employee Leave Coordinator

The Employee Leave Coordinator supports the Leave Management Team by assisting with the administration of FMLA, MLOA, Workers' Compensation, and Short-Term Disability benefit programs. This part-time role focuses on managing complex claims, coordinating early return-to-work efforts, and ensuring timely and accurate benefit decisions. The position requires close collaboration with employees, supervisors, and defense counsel to resolve claims and maintain strict confidentiality.
