Employee Relations Analyst

The Employee Relations Analyst serves as an integral member of the Human Resources team, playing a critical role in leading and supporting HR Employee Relations and Compliance processes. This position involves partnering with the Director of HR Compliance and HR business partners to implement policy changes, manage HR systems, and ensure data integrity through regular audits and reporting. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, resolving technical issues within HR applications, and providing strategic recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
