Employee Relations Consultant

The Employee Relations Consultant is an individual contributor who provides consultation and support to employees and managers on standard to moderately complex employee relations matters, interpreting policy, assessing risk, and documenting actions. The role involves triaging inquiries, creating case documentation, reviewing employment-related documents, and escalating high‑risk issues as needed, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering timely support.
