Employee Relations Consultant

The Employee Relations Consultant provides day-to-day coordination, administrative, and operational support to the Employee Relations team at Sun Life U.S. This role involves monitoring intake channels, responding to routine inquiries, coordinating documentation, and supporting leave and accommodation processes to ensure timely and compliant resolution of employee relations matters. The position requires strong knowledge of U.S. employment legislation and the ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, and other stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.
