Employee Relations HR Generalist

The Employee Relations/HR Generalist serves as the primary resource for leaders and employees regarding employee relations matters, corrective actions, workplace investigations, policy interpretation, union grievances, performance management, and conflict resolution. This position partners closely with leadership to ensure consistent application of organizational policies, collective bargaining agreements, and employment laws while maintaining positive employee relations and supporting a culture of accountability, engagement, and respect. The role promotes employee retention, assists leaders in resolving workplace concerns, supports performance improvement efforts, facilitates investigations, and provides guidance on employment practices.
