Employee Relations Investigator

The Employee Relations Investigator will conduct impartial, fact-based investigations into suspected misconduct and policy violations, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. This role owns the end-to-end investigation process, from planning and fact-finding to analysis and report writing, while partnering with HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure fair and consistent outcomes. The position requires maintaining confidentiality, managing multiple complex cases concurrently, and ensuring compliance with GM's high standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
