Employee Relations Lead

The Employee Relations & Safety Lead serves as the expert contact for employee relations investigations, workers' compensation, and workplace safety across a parent company and its subsidiaries. This role bridges HR strategy and daily operations, managing complex cases, coaching managers, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and OSHA regulations. You will also track ER trends, develop training programs, and implement corrective actions based on incident root cause analysis.
