About this role
The Employee Relations Manager at Vast will support the development of systems required for the design and build of artificial-gravity, human-rated space stations and ensure employee relations practices meet organizational and legal standards. This role oversees employee relations, compliance, and investigations while partnering with People, Legal, and senior leadership to promote a fair and inclusive workplace. The position reports to the Senior Manager of People Business Partners and is based in Long Beach.
