Employee Relations Manager

This role provides expert advice and guidance to leaders on all employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and redundancy processes. The position manages complex ER cases end-to-end, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes while supporting the firm through organisational change processes. It involves developing and maintaining ER policies, conducting internal investigations, and facilitating training programmes to build capability across the firm.
