Employee Relations Manager

The Employee Relations Manager leads a team of specialists and provides high-level support, coaching, and advice to line managers, HR People Partners, and senior leaders at Austin Health. The role drives employee relations initiatives including policy framework, governance, compliance, complex case management, investigations, and change management. It also involves leadership and coaching to foster a collaborative culture and best practice outcomes within the People & Culture team.
