Employee Relations Partner – APAC & EMEA

This role is an Employee Relations practitioner within Guidewire's Global People Relations team, supporting colleagues across APAC and EMEA with critical people lifecycle interventions. The position focuses on ensuring fair and consistent ER processes, managing workplace investigations, and mitigating risk while adhering to complex multi-regional employment laws. You will balance proactive and reactive work to guide managers through sensitive situations and uphold a safe, trusted environment.
