Employee Relations Partner

Müller UK & Ireland is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to provide professional support to managers in resolving people-related matters, including long-term absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases. The role focuses on driving best practice, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation, and acting as a subject matter expert to achieve positive outcomes for both the business and employees.
