Employee Relations Partner

CDW is seeking a senior data-driven Employee Relations Partner to lead and execute the employee relations strategy, operating model, and governance across the UK&I. This pivotal role acts as the company's senior ER authority, resolving complex disputes, advising senior leaders on TUPE and acquisitions, and ensuring best practice and company policies are embedded across all business tiers. The position involves providing expert advice on employee relations issues, managing high-risk organizational change processes, and fostering an environment of fairness, respect, and inclusion. Reporting to the Head of Shared Services UK&I, the role combines strategic insight with tactical implementation to drive ER outcomes and mitigate risks.
