Employee Relations Representative

Corteva Agriscience is seeking an Employee Relations Representative to provide strategic support, thought partnership, and coaching to leaders across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The role involves triaging employee relations casework, conducting investigations, and supporting involuntary separation processes while balancing risk for the business and employees. This hybrid position also includes labor relations support for the Midland site, such as interpreting collective bargaining agreements and assisting with labor-management negotiations.
