Employee Relations Representative

Corteva Agriscience is seeking an Employee Relations Representative to provide strategic support, thought partnership, and coaching to leaders across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The role involves triaging employee relations casework, conducting objective investigations, and supporting leaders through involuntary separation processes. This position also includes labor relations support for the Midland site, interpreting collective bargaining agreements, and contributing to various HR projects.
