The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters across the resort. This role involves managing cases related to absence, discipline, and grievances while supporting People Advisors and managers in handling complex situations. The successful candidate will ensure all cases are managed in compliance with employment law and internal policies, while also identifying trends to support proactive people management.
