Employee Relations Specialist

The Employee Relations Specialist at Trainline will own and manage a varied caseload of employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, capability processes, absence management and investigations, providing guidance to line managers and HR Business Partners. The role involves leading formal investigations, chairing hearings, ensuring compliance with ACAS Code of Practice and UK employment law, and improving ER administration through streamlined processes.
