Employee Relations Specialist

The Employee Relations Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for workplace concerns at Spartan College's California campuses, conducting impartial investigations into complaints of harassment, discrimination, and misconduct. This role advises management on progressive discipline, performance improvement, and terminations while ensuring compliance with California employment laws and organizational policies. The specialist also supports leave and accommodation processes, facilitates conflict resolution, and delivers mandatory training to supervisors and employees.
