About this role
The ER Business Consultant at Wellstar is a senior employee relations advisor focused on supporting a positive workplace and workforce strategy across the organization. This hybrid, Atlanta-based role partners with HR Centers of Excellence, business leaders, and cross-functional teams (Legal, DEI) to oversee employee relations matters and case trends. The position reports to the Employee Relations COE Leader and requires extensive ER experience in healthcare.
