Employee Services Generalist

The Employee Services Generalist supports a regional Employee Services program, acting as a business partner to market leaders and employees to ensure best-in-class support. The role involves hands-on work across talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, total rewards, training, compliance, risk and safety, employee relations, and performance management. This position is based on-site in Western North Carolina or Upstate South Carolina and reports to the Market Area President.
