This role delivers accurate, timely, and compliant HR operational services across the hire-to-retire lifecycle for Access in the APAC region, supporting the establishment and sustainability of the APAC HR Shared Services Centre. The position supports Workday system stabilization and readiness following a recent migration and reports to the Employee Success Operations Manager – APAC. The role focuses on ensuring data integrity, process compliance, and a positive employee experience across multiple APAC countries.
