Employee Support/Social Services Representative

The Employee Support/Social Services Representative works closely with the Benefits Manager and internal and external resources to assist employees with personal, financial, health-related, and benefit-related needs. The role involves educating employees on workplace benefits, navigating government programs, and identifying community resources to address complex challenges. This position requires maintaining confidentiality, building trusting relationships, and supporting special projects within the Social Services and Employee Resources Department.
