Employee Training Specialist

The Employee Training Specialist designs, implements, and evaluates learning programs to build employee skills and improve organizational performance. This role also manages the Learning Management System, facilitates various training formats, and provides general HR support across the employee lifecycle while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
