Employer Relations Manager

The Employer Relations Manager develops comprehensive recruiting communication strategies and cultivates key partnerships to promote students and programs to local and national employers. This role involves serving as the main point of contact for prospective employers, overseeing campus recruiting activities, and providing strategic leadership in building partnerships among employers and campus stakeholders. The position also includes supervising unit staff and managing the Handshake system to support employer and student engagement.
