Employment Adviser

Reed in Partnership is seeking an Employment Adviser to support long-term unemployed individuals in finding sustainable employment through personalized guidance and tailored action plans. The role involves delivering one-to-one careers guidance, CV writing, interview preparation, and skills training while engaging with local employers to identify job opportunities. Employment Advisers work as the front line of the organization, promoting the Restart Scheme and providing inclusive support to participants from all backgrounds.
