Employment Advisor

An Employment Specialist at Waythrough supports people recovering from mental health problems to reintegrate into work. The position is a permanent part-time role (22.5 hrs/week) based from a Leatherhead office and operating primarily in the Dorking region, with the intention to extend to full-time within six months if funded. The role sits within a large mental health and social support charity formed from the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship.
