Employment Advisor

This role involves supporting adult job seekers who have been out of work for extended periods by identifying and addressing barriers to employment. The Employment Advisor provides case management, advice, and guidance to help individuals develop action plans and achieve sustained employment. The position requires collaboration with local agencies, partners, and employers to deliver support through models like Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF).
