Employment Coach

The Employment Coach provides mentorship and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting them in securing competitive integrated employment through job development, resume building, and on-the-job coaching. The role involves collaborating with the individual's circle of support to create meaningful daily schedules and maintaining strong relationships with employers and community stakeholders. This position requires a flexible schedule to support clients at their job sites and in the community.
