Employment Consultant

The Employment Consultant supports individuals in identifying, preparing for, and maintaining sustainable employment goals by managing an active caseload, providing coaching, case management, and employer engagement. The role involves building employer relationships, generating opportunities, and promoting clients to potential employers while delivering services with empathy and professionalism.
