Employment Consultant

Career Support Systems is seeking a motivated Employment Consultant to support individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment in finding, securing, and maintaining meaningful jobs in the Abingdon, Norton, Pounding Mill, and surrounding areas. This community-based role requires regular travel, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and independent work to coordinate services with clients, employers, and support teams. The position involves providing job coaching, developing employer relationships, and maintaining detailed documentation.
