Employment Coordinator

The Employment Coordinator role focuses on collaborating with businesses and employers to create and manage employment opportunities for participants in the Working Denbighshire program. This position involves developing employer engagement initiatives, aligning local business needs with participant skills, and coordinating work placements, apprenticeships, and recruitment workshops. The coordinator will also support participant preparation for the workforce and help deliver sector-specific training programs.
