Employment Counsel, EMEA

The Employment Counsel, EMEA at Notion is responsible for providing day-to-day legal advice on a wide array of employment issues, such as hiring, employee relations, and compliance within the EMEA region. This role entails close collaboration with the global People team to ensure legal alignment on people programs and policies, manage employment-related disputes, and draft global employment documentation. Additionally, the Employment Counsel will identify and implement scalable compliance solutions while working cross-functionally with various teams including legal, payroll, and security.
