About this role
The Employment Counsel is a member of IDEXX’s Employment Group providing legal support on global employment matters, litigation, and internal investigations across the company. The role serves as the primary employment law advisor for several business lines (Operations, Reference Labs, Livestock/Poultry/Dairy, Water) and the IT department while collaborating with HR and the broader Legal & Compliance team. This is a hybrid position based in Westbrook, Maine.
