Employment Counsel

This role serves as in-house employment counsel and lead subject matter expert for employment-based immigration at Navy Federal Credit Union. The position provides practical legal advice and risk-based guidance on a broad range of employment law matters, including litigation, workplace investigations, and compliance. It also involves managing immigration sponsorship, work authorization, and global mobility programs for the organization.
