Employment Counsellor

The Employment Counsellor provides employment services, mentoring coordination, and group-based employment training to program participants, including immigrants, newcomers, and Internationally Trained Professionals. This role focuses on career exploration, skills development, and coordinating mentorship placements to reduce employment barriers and support Canadian labour market integration. The position works collaboratively with clients, mentors, employers, and community organizations to facilitate successful career outcomes.
