Blue Heron Programs
Blue Heron Programs is seeking an Employment Counselor to support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in gaining and maintaining competitive integrated employment. The role involves working closely with participants to develop job readiness, social, and coping skills while implementing individualized behavioral plans. Employment Counselors provide daily in-person support and transportation within the local community to help participants achieve their employment goals.
