SER National
This full-time, in-person role involves interviewing, assessing, and counseling eligible applicants to develop individualized employment plans and facilitate job placement. The position requires extensive case management, including researching community resources, conducting follow-ups, and negotiating supportive services to help participants overcome employment barriers. The role also entails maintaining a large caseload, preparing reports, and interpreting federal and state regulations to ensure compliance.
