Employment Facilitator/Trainer

This role supports young people in building the confidence, skills, and resilience needed to transition into sustainable employment through engaging group learning and tailored one-to-one coaching. The Employment Facilitator/Trainer helps participants develop practical workplace skills, overcome barriers, and prepare for job opportunities while collaborating with employers and local support services. The position involves designing interactive sessions, providing career guidance, and monitoring participant progress to ensure successful outcomes.
