Employment Litigation Associate

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate for its Los Angeles office to defend and litigate employment-related lawsuits and agency charges. The role involves advising and training employers on employment and labor law issues, representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediations, and handling matters such as discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims. Class Action/PAGA experience is preferred but not required.
