Employment Specialist I

The Employment Specialist I supports individuals with disabilities in obtaining, maintaining, and advancing in community paid employment while building natural work supports. The role involves facilitating relationships between case managers, vocational rehabilitation counselors, clients, and employers to ensure a smooth transition to employment. This position provides follow-along services, on-site job training, and workplace accommodations to help participants succeed in their roles.
