About this role
The Employment Specialist at the International Rescue Committee supports refugees and immigrants in achieving economic self-sufficiency by delivering employment-related services within the Spokane Economic Wellbeing team. The role reports to the Economic Wellbeing Manager and works with community partners, employers, and internal IRC teams to advance program participants’ economic integration. It operates within IRC’s broader humanitarian mission across the U.S. and internationally.
