About this role
The Employment Specialist supports LaGuardia Community College’s Train & Earn program, which provides occupational and work-readiness training to out-of-school and out-of-work youth (16–24) for entry into healthcare occupations. The role helps students progress through training, a paid 150-hour internship, and certification pathways aimed at achieving job placement. This position is part of the Workforce Education Center and reports to the Program Director.
