Employment Specialist

Easterseals Florida is seeking a dedicated Employment Specialist to help youth and adults with disabilities achieve meaningful, long-term employment through job readiness training, career counseling, and placement assistance. The role involves coordinating community-based learning experiences, building relationships with employers, and providing post-employment support to promote job retention. This position requires regular travel throughout Volusia and Flagler Counties to support clients and community partners.
